  My wife and I were already tenants of a property that Capital Investment Realty purchased. The new managers made it very simple, they met with us and presented the new web based payment and email system. When we have had other contact for maintenance issues it was always very organized and timely. My experience includes both sides of the apartment rental industry. The new owners are very attentive to the customers they serve and to their investment. I recommend Capital Investment Realty to anyone looking for rental and to property owners who are looking for a manager.
